Emergency crews had been referred to as to the scene shortly after 1:15 a.m. Saturday, police mentioned, following a hearth alarm at a constructing on Somerled Avenue close to Bessborough Avenue.
The SPVM mentioned that firefighters had been already working to deliver the blaze below management once they arrived on the scene.
Authorities say a number of suspects broke into second-floor places of work and intentionally set the hearth earlier than fleeing the scene.
Investigators discovered incendiary supplies contained in the constructing, which sustained vital injury.
No accidents have been reported.
The investigation stays ongoing, and no arrests have been made.
