A multi-agency operation has dismantled a car theft ring believed to be linked to the Hells Angels, Montreal police mentioned.
An organized group was allegedly stealing autos from New Brunswick and transporting them to Quebec, the place they changed the serial numbers and created fraudulent paperwork to register the autos.
