Police in Longueuil, Que., say a person is useless following an altercation with a retailer safety guard Tuesday night.
The incident occurred round 6:45 p.m. at 1401 Chemin de Chambly. Police stated officers have been referred to as to intervene when a person was reported to them as unconscious following a bodily intervention by the safety guard.

A 42-year-old man was taken to hospital the place he later died.
The safety guard, a 20-year-old man, was arrested. He was later charged with manslaughter late Tuesday night time and launched with a promise to seem in court docket at a later date.
