ST. JOHN’S — The Canadian Coast Guard has rescued a sailor making an attempt to set a world report for the shortest boat to cross the Atlantic Ocean.

In a press release, the coast guard stated it was suggested on Friday morning that the sailor of a 1.2-metre vessel wanted assist.
