Flair Airlines reaches 3-year tentative agreement with pilots, union says

EDMONTON — A union representing pilots at Aptitude Airways says they’ve reached a brand new tentative settlement with firm administration.

The Air Line Pilots Affiliation says the settlement comes after 10 months of contract negotiations.

It says the three-year tentative settlement displays progress on points together with improved compensation, pathways for profession development, scheduling guidelines and quality-of-life provisions.

Over the approaching weeks, the union says the settlement can be reviewed by the Aptitude Airways pilots earlier than a ratification vote is held.

Aimee Wintle, a primary officer at Aptitude Airways, says the settlement marks an essential step for the pilots and brings an added stage of stability and professionalism to the airline.
