MONTREAL — Air Canada says its customer support workers have ratified a brand new collective bargaining settlement.
The settlement with Unifor applies to about 6,000 workers throughout like contact centres, buyer relations, concierges and different enterprise segments.
The four-year settlement is in impact till Feb. 28, 2030.
The airline says it marks the third collective settlement ratified this yr, following ones with flight operations crew schedulers and in-flight crew schedulers.
